The BC Federation of Labour, and the New Westminster and the Vancouver District Labour Councils will hold their Day of Mourning Ceremony on Saturday 28 April at 11 am at the New Westminster Quay Boardwalk, located at 810 Quayside, between the Inn at the Quay and the Paddlewheel Pub.
